Prepare operating budgets, capital expenditure budgets and cash flow and resource allocation budgets for all properties in close co-ordination with the General Managers and Sales Team for each property. Manage long-term financing including raising and sourcing of finance and on-going administration of finance in close co-ordination with banks and financial institutions. Analyze and evaluate all asset purchase proposals including preparation of project operation performance, cash flow and viability analysis. Prepare Financial settlement agreements between the company and buyer in case of asset sale. Plan and file corporate tax returns for each company under the group working closely with CPA firms. Regularly monitor profitability of each property. Work with franchisers to meet their requirements. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or closely related field, and eight years of work experience in the job offered or related field of financial statement preparation, asset purchase agreements, tax planning and multiple property budgets in the hospitality industry, specifically with hotel franchisers. Requires approximately 25% domestic and international travel. Applicants must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Salary $75,000/year. 40 hours/wk. |
