Responsible for the professional running of hotel to meet and exceed the financial goals in accordance with company policy, procedures and standards while achieving total guest satisfaction and budgeted profitablility. Maintain high customer service by ensuring that staff is continuously trained and encouraged to provide the highest customer service possible. Maintain budgetary accounting records and submit accurate financial information to the company in terms of forcasted and actual results of sales and profits. Ensure hygience, health and safety standards are being met and that the overall internal/external appearance of the facility is satisfactory. Perform staff recruiting and maintain employee files. Requirements include Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Accounting/Finance, Business or closely related field and five years of work experience in the job offered or related field of general hotel management specifically with hotel franchisers. Requires approximately 10% domestic travel. Applicants must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Salary: $60,000/year. 40 hours/wk. |
